Our refund policy

We stand behind the quality of CelerHost services. If you experience a verified service issue caused by us, you may be eligible for a refund or credit.

Refunds are not granted for change of mind or circumstances outside our control.

Eligible for a refund

  • Service downtime exceeding our 99.9% monthly SLA due to a fault on our infrastructure.
  • Inability to access your VPS caused by our systems.
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors.

Not eligible for a refund

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the service.
  • Issues caused by your own configuration, software, or actions inside the VPS.
  • Downtime caused by your operating system or applications.
  • Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Cryptocurrency payments — see below.

How to request a refund

Contact us on Telegram at @timi_99 with your order ID and a description of the issue.

We review all requests within 48 hours and will respond with our decision.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing typically takes 3–10 business days.

Cryptocurrency payments

Crypto payments are non-reversible by nature.

Where a refund is approved for a crypto order, we will issue the equivalent amount as account credit.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel an auto-renewing subscription at any time from your dashboard.

Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which the VPS is permanently destroyed.

Cancelling mid-period does not trigger a pro-rata refund.

Credits

Where a full refund is not applicable, we may offer account credit at our discretion as an alternative resolution.
