We want you to be happy with CelerHost. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — for any reason.

How to request a refund

Card and wallet orders are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or open the receipt Paddle sent you and click "Manage subscription".
  2. Or email us at support@celerhost.com with your order ID and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing typically takes 3–10 business days.

Cryptocurrency payments

Crypto payments are non-reversible by nature. We will refund eligible crypto orders by sending the equivalent amount in the original cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide. Network fees are deducted from the refund. Email support@celerhost.com to start the process.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel an auto-renewing subscription at any time from your dashboard or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which the VPS is destroyed. Cancelling a subscription mid-period does not by itself trigger a pro-rata refund — but you can still request one under the 30-day guarantee above if you are within the window.

Exceptions

Refunds may be refused where we have reasonable evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, or material breach of our Terms & Conditions (e.g. using the VPS for spam, malware distribution, or other prohibited activity).
