These terms form a binding agreement between you and Timotej Planinc ("CelerHost", "we", "us"), the seller of the CelerHost virtual private server hosting service (the "Service"). By creating an account, completing a checkout, or otherwise using the Service you agree to these terms.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have authority to bind any organisation on whose behalf you act. You agree to provide accurate registration details and to keep them current.
The Service provides cloud-hosted virtual servers ("VPS") on infrastructure operated by upstream providers. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have purchased.
You must not, and must not permit any third party to:
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account or on your VPS, including content you store and software you run. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely as needed to operate the Service.
We (and our licensors) retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including the software, dashboards, branding, and documentation. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our card and wallet orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments. By purchasing, you accept the Paddle Buyer Terms which govern payment, billing, taxes, renewals, and refund mechanics.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. One-time prepaid plans (3, 6, or 12 months) do not auto-renew. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the VPS is destroyed and data is irretrievable.

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, upstream outages, and force-majeure events may cause downtime.
We may suspend or terminate your access for: (a) material breach of these terms or our acceptable use rules; (b) non-payment; (c) credible security or fraud risk; or (d) repeated or serious policy violations. Where reasonably practicable we will give you notice and an opportunity to cure. On termination, your VPS and associated data will be deleted.
Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in breach of these terms, or your violation of applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. The courts of Slovenia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
